sendTrip API call
GNet routes to the right provider automatically
Everything demand-side platforms need to know before integrating GNet
GNet is the pipe — not the product. It does not sell transportation, take per-trip commission, or compete with demand-side platforms. GNet is the infrastructure layer that connects your platform to a verified global ground operator network — in real time, through a single API.
You own the customer UX, booking flow, and commercial relationship with travellers.
GNet handles real-time routing, status relay, GPS, and operator authentication.
Operators receive trips via their dispatch systems — no new software required on their side.
GNet Connect is the trust layer — operator profiles, verified docs, partnership activation — before any API trips flow.

Amir Zafar for integration support. For enterprise architecture, escalate to Reza Shahbazi (CTO).
getToken2 to acquire a session token. Include it as a token: header on subsequent calls — this is non-standard; it is not Authorization: Bearer. Token persists until released via releaseToken.
Operators across 80+ countries. Strongest in North America, Western Europe, major APAC metros. Emerging market density (SE Asia, LATAM, MENA) growing.
Operators submit permits, licences, and COI through GNet Connect. Documents are tracked for expiry. Verified operators are distinguishable from unverified — GNet's key differentiator over competing aggregators.
GNet Connect is free to join — no credit card. Platform API is billed at a flat fee per confirmed booking — not a percentage of the fare. Status updates and webhooks are free. No setup fee.
GNet Connect is freemium — free tier with no credit card required. Paid tiers (Professional and Premium) unlock GRate AI pricing, advanced affiliate features, Farmhouse broadcast dispatch, and priority support. You can explore the network and build operator partnerships before committing to a paid plan.
GNet Platform is billed at a flat fee per confirmed booking — not a percentage of the fare. Status updates, webhooks, and GPS events are free. There is no setup fee and no minimum volume commitment. Contact info@grdd.net for current per-booking rates.
No percentage-based fees. GNet charges a flat fee per confirmed booking — the fare amount is irrelevant to what GNet earns. You retain the full commercial relationship with your operators and customers. A $50 airport run and a $500 executive transfer cost the same on the GNet side.
No exclusivity requirement. You can use GNet alongside other connectivity providers or maintain existing bilateral operator relationships. GNet is additive, not a lock-in.
REST/JSON over HTTPS. Auth: call getToken2 for a session token; include it in a token: header (non-standard — not Authorization: Bearer). Status updates are webhook-based — GNet pushes to your registered endpoint, no polling required. transactionId is the primary trip identifier to thread through all lifecycle calls.
Yes. GNet provides a dedicated test/sandbox environment. Note: production and test base URLs differ — confirm you are pointed at the correct environment during development. The GBOOK utility (gnet.grdd.net/gbook) is a browser-based test tool.
GNet Platform today is a direct REST/JSON API. GDS channel integrations are on the roadmap. For GDS-specific discussions — including Amadeus Cytric, Sabre GetThere, or Travelport — contact info@grdd.net to discuss current status and partnership positioning.
Operators submit verified compliance documents through GNet Connect — permits, licences, insurance including COI verification. The document system tracks expiry and renewal. Verified operators are distinguishable in the marketplace from unverified ones. This is GNet's primary differentiation over competing aggregators who lack a compliance layer.
GNet has an active operator onboarding pipeline and accepts referrals. If a specific operator is critical to your coverage footprint, contact the GNet team and they can facilitate outreach to bring them into the network.
No. GNet facilitates the connection but does not guarantee that an operator will accept any given trip. Network depth in your key markets is the single most important variable for coverage reliability. Scope operator coverage in your priority markets before go-live.
